The new minister of the Federal Capital Territory—FCT, Nyesome Wike, has resumed office after the conclusion of their inauguration earlier today.

While addressing a press conference, he pledged to restore the city’s master plan.

He also warned that land owners who have been given Certificates of Occupancy but failed to develop it will lose the land.

According to the former governor of Rivers State, it will be revoked and given to those who are readily available to develop it.

“If you know you have built where you are not supposed to build, it will go down”, he said.
