VIDEO: Lagos touts attack Igbo traders who went for PVC enrollment at INEC office

Some group of hoodlums in Lagos State, reportedly attacked Igbo traders who went to the office of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for Permanent Voters Card enrollment.
In a video footage obtained by Newsband, some of the traders were seen complaining of tribalism. One also sustained injury during the premeditated attack.
Though, Newsband cannot independently verify if the police has calmed the situation at the time of filing this report.
