Scavengers vandalize newly constructed 2nd Niger bridge
Suspected scavengers have started vandalizing a fraction of 2nd Niger Bridge, also called Muhammadu Buhari bridge.
News Band reliably gathered that the xpansion joint walkway axis of the newly constructed bridge have been vandalized and stolen by the criminal elements.
The latest ugly development has been condemned by concerned stakeholders following what it caused the region to draw the attention of the Federal Government to erect the new bridge.
Anambra and Delta states governments have been advised to jointly fashion ways to police the area to forestall further damage to the bridge.
