Peter Obi: Labour Party’s website crashes as Nigerians register membership

The website of Labour Party (LP) on Friday night suffered a crash as Nigerians rush to register for the party’s membership online ahead of the party’s primary elections.
The development came barely hours after Anambra ex-governor and frontline PDP presidential aspirant, Mr Peter Obi, formally joined the LP and indicated interest in the party’s presidential ticket.
A check by Newsband on the party’s website Friday night shows that the website had exceeded the bandwidth limit due to number of traffic it recorded within the last 24 hours.
