Lady allegedly beaten to death in Anambra, body dumped inside hotel swimming pool

A young woman identified as Miss Chinyere Awuda, who is said to be an Indigene of Nnobi, in Idemmili South Local Government Area of Anambra State, has been found dead and body dumped at the abandoned swimming pool of Cosmila Hotel Awka, Anambra state after she was allegedly beaten to death.
Sources said that Miss Chinyere was killed in Club Mila, a nightclub reportedly owned by Cosmila Hotels in Awka.
News Band Newspaper gathered that problem started when one Mr Gabriel Chinemere and friends believed to be clubbers, bounced on Chineyere and began to assault her.
Efforts to stop them from brutalizing Chineyere by other fun seekers in the club proved abortive as it was immediately rebuffed.
This medium also gathered that the club manager, one Mr Steven Junior was present when Miss Chineyere was brutally battered by the suspects. Instead of saving Chineyere, he reportedly ordered the security details in the club to stand down while the men dragged her outside to finish her up.
Her lifeless body was later recovered in an abandoned swimming pool belonging to the club the next morning.
Meanwhile, Anambra State Police command through it’s spokesperson, DSP Tochukwu Ikenga, has confirmed the incident. He said the suspect was already in police custody while the case is being investigated.
