COVID-19 contractors protest in Abuja
There is palpable tension in the federal capital territory, Abuja as contractors that supplied COVID-19 medical equipment and items to the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) are protesting partial payment of money owed them since 2019.
At the time of filing this report, they have blocked the entrance gate of the FCT Minister, causing gridlock and preventing vehicles from gaining access to the FCTA secretariat.
