The governorship election petition tribunal sitting in Enugu State, has overruled the objection of the Peoples Democratic Party—PDP and the Independent National Electoral Commission—INEC, on Labour Party’s petition including the right of the tribunal to hear party’s case and the grounds of all their claims.
