A United Kingdom based freelance journalist and indigene of Amangwu Ohafia community in Ohafia local government area of Abia state, Ukoha Idika, has said that the people of the community will vote massively for senator Orji Uzor Kalu come February.
Ukoha while speaking with News Band Newspaper from his UK base, said that the former governor of Abia state and Chief Whip of the Senate deserve to be re-elected again because of his outstanding performance at the Senate.
He noted that Senator Kalu in the last four years have executed more projects and empowered alot of people from Abia North unlike others who have been there before him.
Ukoha said, “I will talk to my people at home as the election draws closer. We don’t want to repeat the mistake of the past. Amangwu Ohafia community will vote massively for Senator Kalu because he is the man that understands the plight of our people.
“Kalu in the last four years have proven himself to be a very reliable lawmaker unlike others who have been representing Abia North at the red carpet chamber before him. His records speaks volumes. So, it will right for my people to follow a man that is result oriented.
He however, urged senator Kalu to carry Amangwu Ohafia community along when re-elected again.
“I’m appealing to Kalu to carry Amangwu community along when re-elected because to whom much is given, much is also expected from the person”
