JUST IN: APC grants Jonathan waiver to participate in presidential primary

The All Progressive Congress (APC) has reportedly granted ex-president Goodluck Jonathan waiver to participate in the parry’s presidential primary slated for this weekend.
This is coming after a Federal High Court sitting in Yenagoa earlier today declared that the former president is qualified to contest the 2023 presidential election.
The presiding judge, Justice Isa Hamma Dashen delivered the judgement on Friday.
He held that Jonathan’s right to vie for the office of president again cannot be stopped by any retroactive law.
